Your Right to Return

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2 weeks. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us directly. After that, you can still return the item once delivered.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange or full refund at no extra cost to you.
